Yo-kai Sangokushi

Yo-kai Sangokushi is a turn based strategy spin-off that takes place in the past. Inspired by Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Yo-kai Sangokushi features alternative versions of Yo-kai dressed in appropriate outfits. The game plays similarly to games such as Fire Emblem and Advance Wars. Players can select Yo-kai to send into battle, and command them out in the field by moving them across a grid-based landscape. The game places a Yo-kai Watch spin on the genre by allowing Yo-kai to level up and learn abilities from the franchise. The QR codes on the back of Yo-kai Medals can be scanned to obtain a Crank-A-Kai coin.
